“Services” refers to company formation, e-Residency support, business immigration, accounting, and related consultancy services.
If you receive a physical product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you can request a return and refund.
You must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving the product.
Items must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories and packaging (unless the defect makes this impossible).
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
Once we receive the returned item (or proof of shipment), we will issue your refund within 14 days to the original payment method.
